Meet Tommy - Founder & Director of AXSABLE
Every person we support has placed their trust in us, and that means everything. AXSABLE exists to meet people as themselves first — a participant second. That's not a tagline, it's how we built the business.
Tommy struggled all through school just trying to fit in. That experience never really left him — and it's a big part of why AXSABLE exists. He's spent his adult life passionate about helping young people with disabilities find their place, to belong, and to feel genuinely accepted, not just accommodated.
Outside AXSABLE, he's a loving father of two, a die-hard soccer fanatic, and openly neurospicy himself — which means he's not building this business from the outside looking in.
